Executive & neurodiversity coaching
Lead as yourself. Drop the mask.
I coach leaders who are tired of performing “fine”. We work on authenticity, avoiding or recovering from burnout, and leading with a neurodivergent mind.
15 minutes, on video, no pressure.
Professional. Sharp. Completely himself.
Does this sound like you?
The joy has gone
You’re doing everything right, but the spark for life and work has faded.
New leadership role, no map
You’ve stepped up, and nobody showed you how to navigate it as yourself.
Late ADHD diagnosis
Things finally make sense, and you’re working out what to do with that.
What changes
- You feel safe and not judged.
- You’re able to drop the mask.
- You see a clearer way forward.
- You feel empowered to make change.
Hi, I’m Adam
I have lived experience of ADHD, trauma and overcoming drinking, 23 years on. I don’t coach from theory. I know what it costs to keep up the performance.
Along the way I built a career as a human-centred design consultant, founded global market research companies and earned a PhD. Today I’m a Senior Lecturer at the LJMU Coaching Academy, and my clients feel safe because I won’t judge what I’ve lived through myself.

Coaching client
Your chemistry call
A relaxed, free 15-minute conversation. We’ll get clear on what you want to work on, I’ll explain how I work (topics, tools and benefits), and we’ll both decide honestly whether we’re a good fit. If I’m not the right coach for you, I’ll say so.
How long is it?
15 minutes, on video.
Is it free?
Yes, completely.
What if we’re not a fit?
I’ll tell you honestly. You’ve lost nothing, and I won’t shoehorn the wrong client.
What should I prepare?
Nothing. Just come as you are.
